Q1. Does CarelloWeb include online credit card processing?

A. Payment services are available in addition to the regular CarelloWeb service. Yen and dollar transactions are available. Please contact info@pspinc.com for more information.

 

Q2. Is there limit on the number of products that I can register?

A. The limit depends on your subscription level, but this can be increased as necessary. Just contact us at 425-957-0808, to raise your subscription level.

 

Q3. Do I have to subscribe to your Web and E-mail hosting service in order to subscribe to CarelloWeb?

A. No, you do not have to subscribe to our hosting service. However, subscribers to our Dreamersi.net (E-mail and Web hosting service) enjoy discounted pricing on CarelloWeb.

 

Q4. Are there any additional charges for selling products?

A. No. Unlike other services, CarelloWeb does not charge transaction fees or take a percentage of the sales you generate on your online shop.

 

Q5. Instead of using a CarelloWeb shop template, can I create a shop design that matches my existing site?

A. Yes, we can create a customized template that matches your existing site. Please contact us for a quotation.

 

Q6. Can I use HTML tags in the administrator screen?

A. Yes, some of the fields allow the use of HTML tags.

A. Obviously, simply opening a shop and waiting for orders is not the best approach. Efforts must be made to promote your site and attract shoppers.
